博士後期課程3年 西田竹志さん The 5th International Union of Materials Research Societies International Conference of Young Researchers on Advanced Materialにおいて「Student Presentation Awards」を受賞
数理物質科学研究群 応用理工学学位プログラム電子・物理工学サブプログラム 博士後期課程3年の西田竹志氏(指導教員：都甲薫)は、2022年8月4日に開催された「The 5th International Union of Materials Research Societies International Conference of Young Researchers on Advanced Material」において、「First elucidation of the correlation between grain size and photoresponsivity in polycrystalline GaAs films」の発表により「Student Presentation Awards」に選出されました。この賞は、同会議において、半導体デバイスの発展に貢献しうる最も優秀な口頭発表を行った筆頭著者に贈られるものです。
