博士後期課程3年 西田竹志さん 「The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Semiconducting Silicides and Related Materials」において「Young Scientist Award」を受賞
数理物質科学研究群 応用理工学学位プログラム電子・物理工学サブプログラム 博士後期課程3年の西田竹志氏(指導教員：都甲薫)は、2022年7月30日に開催された「The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Semiconducting Silicides and Related Materials」において、「High photoresponsivity in polycrystalline GaAs on a plastic film for flexible solar cells」の発表により「Young Scientist Award」に選出されました。この賞は、同会議において、半導体デバイスの発展に貢献しうる最も優秀な発表を行った筆頭著者に贈られるものです。
