博士後期課程2年 青貫翔さん 「The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Semiconducting Silicides and Related Materials, 2022」において「Young Scientist Award」を受賞
数理物質科学研究群 国際マテリアルズイノベーション学位プログラム 博士後期課程2年の青貫翔氏(指導教員：末益崇)は、2022年7月31日に開催された「The 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Semiconducting Silicides and Related Materials, 2022」において、「First demonstration of B-ion-implanted p-BaSi2/n-Si heterojunction solar cells」の発表により「Young Scientist Award」に選出されました。この賞は、同会議において、半導体材料研究の発展に貢献しうる最も優秀な口頭発表を行った筆頭著者に贈られるものです。
